Website Security Wizard handles creating security accounts for new or existing member records in batch. The simple 6 step process makes it easy to create web user security for iMIS15, without losing flexibility. Each step offers several out of the box features as well as the ability to add custom SQL Stored Procedure code.

Step 1 - Select your iMIS15 database
Select your iMIS15 database.
Step 2 - Choose records to convert
Choose records to convert. Pull these records from a stored procedure, or by member type and status.
Step 3 - Select how the user name and password
Select how the user name and password will appear. Use standard fields, such as user email or iMIS Id. Or choose to use the custom pattern generator which will allow you to specify exactly how you would like the username and password to appear for each user. Password option has a built in randomize option. You specify min characters, max characters and which letters, numbers & special characters are allowed.
Step 4 - Select website security groups
Select website security groups for each member and select login expiration.
Step 5 -Design Email
If email notifications are enabled, you will have the opportunity to setup the desired SMTP server and create the email template. Here you can plug in variables from the iMIS database such as username, password, first name, last name, company, etc. Interface supports the ability to send a test email.
Step 6 - Import & validate records
Import & validate records. All records are imported and validated against your iMIS15 setup. At this time, you can manually edit records or choose to exclude invalid records. After clicking the Create Security button security will be created for each user that passed validation, custom email notifications will be sent and a detailed report will be displayed.
